What I Wore Wednesday

Because Monday was Family Day and we were home from work, Wednesday seems to have sneaked up on me.  It was a busy week as usual.

Now that I've been holding myself accountable here on a weekly basis and posting my pictures on facebook and twitter daily I seem to get more done. The last week I worked on a ruffle scarf for myself but had to put it aside to make some gifts. The ruffle scarf is taking forever and I think it might be too heavy to wear but maybe I can use it to decorate with.

As with previous weeks I'm linking up with The Pleated Poppy , Mama Go Round and the Transatlantic Blonde.

Wednesday - work and we had another funeral to attend.  This year is not starting off on a good foot when it comes to this.  I wanted to wear my skirt but when I pulled it out of the closet it was dirty so I tried wearing my capris with tights. Not sure if I like this look and if I should have tried it this day but maybe I will try again this week.

Friday I forgot to take a picture as I came home from work, grabbed the girls and ran to Fabricland to pick up material to make Monkey's dress for her first communion.   They were having a members sale so I got the material 40% off. This is the inspiration for the dress.

Thank you Jyoti, accessories are a passion of mine that I am rediscovering as my son gets older and is less likely to rip them off me.
